Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Nexlix. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please follow the return process outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return > The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item > Contact us within 48 hours. Send your order number.  You should have a recording video while opening the package for verification. 
We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds:

Once approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Additional policies:

• Only unopened products are eligible for return/refund.
• Used products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Products with opened or damaged packaging cannot be returned.
• Expired products cannot be returned or refunded.
